• Town/Community Office cooperates with the Labour Office to support investors by:
  • reducing the investment costs by providing apprenticeship and training funded by the Labour Office;
• extensive promotion of local business activities by the Town/Community Office;
• farmers are provided with consultancy services;
• expert consultancy and assistance concerning the European Union aid programmes;

Tax reliefs:

• statutory tax reliefs - entrepreneur is exempt from tax in the fiscal year in which the building was delivered;
• business funding provided on more advantageous conditions than those available on the market;
• sureties or guarantees granted to entrepreneurs on more advantageous conditions than those available on the market;
• tax may be paid in instalments should the enterprise experience financial difficulties which undermine its existence;
